Planning for Exceeding: Taking Charge of Your Service Assessment Process

'Can I see your evidence of exceeding for this standard?' Asked the Assessor. 

As you gulp, knowing that you have evidence, you just can't remember what you did (because you did so much), or where you put it (because there is SO MUCH documentation). 

... Then you realise you attended the training and had put all your 'ducks in a row' and  you know exactly where the evidence is because you Planned for Exceeding! 

This session includes my PowerQIPing Approach and Template which is my way of challenging the status quo and getting you excited to do your QIP. Real examples will also be available. 

We will explore the standards and workshop how to set goals which are planning for exceeding. 

We can review the Do's and Don'ts of QIPing and also how to engage your team. 

What's harder than preparing for Assessment? Inspiring your team to be part of the process and engaging the community and families in meaningful engagement. Don't worry! We will cover this too! 

I will share with you examples of practices from my years as a Validator, Manager of over 90 services and now as a Consultant.  

Recommended for: This session would be great for leaders working in the Early Childhood Sector or Outside School Hours sector.

We will unpack many concepts and I will share some real examples and templates with you.
