About the Event
If you are a Service Leader wanting ongoing growth to develop their skills and knowledge as well as network with others, then this program is for you!Strategically set out over 5 months to allow for ongoing support and growth, we explore all things Early Childhood Education and Care. We discuss operating a service, being a leader, HR, Budgeting, Rostering, educational practices, NQF and much more. Our 5th session of the program is dedicated to an Observation Tour where you will experience amazing practices, environments, and inspiration to take back to your own teams.
