Designing & Planning Learning Environments with Intention

You will be inspired to consider the intentionality of your spaces both inside and out. We will consider how children play with intentionality and how to support risky play. We will go way beyond 'going outside for a run' in our outdoor learning spaces and cover programs and design.

We will explore:

- How to design a well-rounded outdoor curriculum and why this is important

- Challenges of shared outdoor spaces and how we can overcome these

- Key Learning Areas in the spaces indoors and out

- Risky play and the benefits of this

- Loose Parts Play

- EYLF V2.0 Principles and practices in the learning environment

We will research, unlearn and relearn.
