QIP Goal Setting Workshop for your team

Download this workshop and Michelle will walk your service team through goal setting for your Quality Improvement Plan. There is a template to download and print prior to the session. Then in a staff meeting or leadership meeting, you can watch the video together and work though the handouts. The video has sections to pause and work together. Break into groups of 3-4 people so everyone can participate. The Session runs for 21 minutes however, when you pause and work through the sheet, it could take 45 minutes to an hour. At the end of the session, we encourage you to have each group share their goals.
