In this session, we are going to explore we are going to explore growth mindset and staying above the line. The intention for the training include; - Understanding what a growth mindset is and how we can go about our day above the leadership line - Unpack strategies to develop and embrace a growth mindset - Become more mindful of your ‘location’ at any one time and the triggers of moving between. Remember, you can’t control what others do, you can only control how you react to it!
