In this session, we are going to explore what to do after we have set goals/improvements in our Quality Improvement Plans The intention for the training include; - Unpack setting goals and improvements within your quality improvement plan and understanding what to do once these have been identified - Have a look at other formats that could be used to truly showcase your service - Demonstrate how you can work with the exceeding themes right from the goal/improvement identification Remember, a goal without a plan is just a dream!
