GROWTH LEADERSHIP SERIES

ONGOING GROWTH FOR LEADERS.

The Growth Leadership Series is a monthly session where we explore all things Early Childhood Education and Care. We discuss operating a service, being a leader, HR, Budgeting, Rostering, educational practices, NQF and much more.

The participants who attend are also part of a leadership 'GLS' book club.

Twice in 2021 we visited ECEC services on inspirational observation tours. The participants were able to showcase their services along with exploring other services I work closely with.

The sessions are held monthly at The Highway Hotel in Plympton.

Morning tea and lunch are provided.

The cost is $197 per person, per month.

GLS TESTIMONIALS

“I started going to the growth leadership training two years ago, I first attended to set myself new goals and to stay fresh and proactive in my role. Our Centre has improved in so many ways. We bring back new ideas each training and embed them within our service it has been a game-changer. We all relate to Michelle’s teaching methods and get a lot out of all the training sessions. Michelle has so much knowledge and experience to share. There is always something new to learn."

Mandy Karriem - Director - Hallett Cove Community Children's Centre

I was lucky enough to be invited by my Director, to join the    ‘ Growth Leadership ‘ sessions in April 2020. I was made to feel welcome joining part way through an already established group. When I look back I feel the training has delivered what the title says ‘ Growth ‘. As Educational Leader not only has the information through these sessions impacted me to grow in confidence but also to move forward sharing and implementing these ideas with other educators. This has helped us to progress as a centre.

Michelle delivers these informative sessions with passion and makes you feel enthusiastic to take this information away and extend on it.

I feel very grateful to have been given this opportunity".
