INSERVICE & ZOOM TRAINING SESSIONS

Training for your whole team!!

We can come to you! 

We deliver in-service training across Adelaide and interstate for whole teams on a range of subjects including: Educational Leadership, Team Culture, Critical Reflection Cycle, Supporting Children's Behaviour, Educator Wellbeing and Resilience, PowerQIPing, Planning & Self-Assessment as a Team, Inspiring Learning Environments, Documentation, Dispositions for learning & Intentional Teaching.

We tailor our sessions to suit your service needs.

Pricing:

$600 for a 2-3 hour session (including evening sessions)

$1000 for a 6-7 hour session (including weekend sessions)

$450 Zoom session

(Adelaide region. Travel costs apply for rural or interstate in-service sessions)

GROWTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

Ongoing Growth for Leaders...

The Growth Leadership Series is a monthly session where we explore all things Early Childhood Education and Care. We discuss operating a service, being a leader, HR, Budgeting, Rostering, educational practices, NQF and much more. The participants who attend are also part of a leadership 'GLS' book club. 

We also visit ECEC services on inspirational observation tours. The participants are able to showcase their services along with exploring other services. 

Team Leadership Growth Series...

Due to the success of the Growth Leadership Series, we decided to run a Program for Team Leaders. 

The program runs for 4 months (however the first group didn't want to stop, so they are continuing until the end of the year). We have three sessions face to face and then one session visiting services to inspire Team Leaders to rethink their learning environments, how they capture children's learning and voices and much more! 

Keep an eye out for our next TLGLS program or ask us about running the program via zoom or in your region. 

The Growth Leadership Programs are held monthly at The Glenelg Golf Club

Morning tea and lunch are provided. 

The cost is $197 per person, per month.

MOCK ASSESSMENTS & SERVICE VISITS

A fresh perspective and a little support goes a long way!

Using my experience as a Validator and Assessor, I observe and train my team to observe your service practice and provide a report and guidance to improve, grow and enhance your Quality Improvement Plan.

Add this process to your QIP in the Exceeding Themes as part of your Self-Assessment. 

We can do either a Mock Assessment or visit your service and observe practice. 

After the visit you will feel a great sense or direction, confidence and feel supported. 

Sometimes we just get a call to support a children's behaviour or to help the team reflect on their program or routines. 

The visits are always successful and super helpful!
